Baked eggs with chorizo and feta

Cut chorizo and tomato into chunks, then chop the parsley up ready to sprinkle on top.

Add oil to a heated pan then garlic and wait until garlic had turned a golden brown.

Take the beans and tomato and add them to the pan. Add the cumin and mix ingredients

Once the ingredients have all been mixed, spoon then into individual sized baking dishes, create a small divot in the middle.

Crack an egg and place egg into the divot.

Place into an oven on a medium to high heat for about 10 minutes or until the egg looks done

Take it off oven and crumble feta on top, then garnish with parsley and serve.

Pig out!
