Soak rice and dal separately for 4 hours

Then grind it with water and make smooth paste,and add salt to taste

Let it ferment for 7_8 hours

In a mixing bowl mix all chopped vegetables and green chilli

In a nonstick pan add little oil put heart shape mould pore1 tablespoon batter and sprinkle mix vegetables on top and sprinkle Sambhar masala on it and cook it for 1 min.

Then turn it and cook for1 min.

Then serve it with coconut chutney and ketchup
