1 lbbacon
2 cupDiced potatoes
1 mediumonion
1 dashthyme
1 cupHalf & half
1/2 tspSalt
1 dashpepper

In a dutch oven cook potatoes until tender
2

Fry bacon half way add onion and cook till bacon is nice and brown

Add onion and bacon and half of the drippings to potatoes
4

Stir in half & half, thyme, salt & pepper, simmer 5min
