1 largeonion chopped
1/2 tspminced garlic
28 ozdiced tomatos undrained
15 oztomato sauce
2 tbspchilli powder
1 1/2 tspground cumin
1/2 tspsalt
1/2 tsppepper
16 ozkidney beans drained

cook ground beef until brown

spray slow cooker with pam. mix remaing ingrediants and beef in slow cooker except beans and cheese

cook on low for 8 hours

stir in beans cook on high for 15 to 20 minutes longer or until slightly thicker
