Ingredients

  1. 2Tins tomatoes
  2. 1 tbspTomato puree
  3. 1 largeclove garlic crushed
  4. 2Onions sliced
  5. 4 tbspHoney
  6. 1 tspCoriander
  7. 2 tspCinnamon
  8. 500 gramsMeat - either chicken pork or lamb

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown off the meat, cook off the onions and garlic and fry in the spices. Transfer all ingredients into a casserole dish and cook till meat is tender.
