Ingredients

  • 2Tins tomatoes
  • 1 tbspTomato puree
  • 1 largeclove garlic crushed
  • 2Onions sliced
  • 4 tbspHoney
  • 1 tspCoriander
  • 2 tspCinnamon
  • 500 gramsMeat - either chicken pork or lamb

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown off the meat, cook off the onions and garlic and fry in the spices. Transfer all ingredients into a casserole dish and cook till meat is tender.
