  1. 2Oranges, peeled & sliced or Minute Maid OJ
  2. 1/2 cupMilk (regular, almond or soy)
  3. 1/4 cupSugar (granulated or powdered)
  4. 1 tspVanilla extract
  5. 1 tspHoney
  6. 1 1/2 cupIce cubes

    Best if peeled orange slices are placed in freezer for 30 min before making. Blend all ingredients minus ice. Then add ice and blend.
