Steps

Preheat oven at 180 c.lightly grease a loaf tin.

In a large bowl,combine flour, bicarbonate soda and salt.

In a separate bowl,cream together butter and brown suga.

Stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well blended.

Stir banana mixture into flour mixture stir just to moisten.

Pour mixture into preparedloaf tin.bake in preheated ovenfor 65min until a knife instead into centre of the loafcomes out clean.

Leave to cool in tin for 10 min.then turn out.
