  • 1 1/2 lbchicken
  • 1 canmushrooms
  • 1/2 headonion
  • 1/2 stickbutter
  • 1 canchicken broth
  • 3 tbsplemon juice

    Get skillet hot and add half the butter

  2. 2

    Sautee chicken until cooked thoroughly and golden brown

  3. 3

    Sautee mushrooms and onion until tender

  4. 4

    Add rest of butter, lemon juice, and chicken broth

  5. 5

    Put chicken back in skillet till time to serve
