Sieve flour & knead flour with little water. Dough should be thicker than chapati atta. & Keep it for 8_10 hours. (Knead atta at night) make a paste of chillies & garlic,jeera, aijwan and salt and little curry leaves and chopped coriander leaves. Add it to atta.

Make like puri on one plastic sheet. Apply oil and pat with little water.

Fry it in heated oil. These look like a puri, it is heavy break fast & served for lunch, dinner too. Serve hot with potato sabji or any chutney or with curd.
