Northern style chicken curry with zeera rice

Ingredients

50 mint's

  1. 1 kgchicken
  2. 150 gmyogart
  3. 4 tbspginger garlic paste
  4. 2 tbsplemon juice
  5. 2 tbspgaram masala
  6. 2 tbspred chilli powder
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 2 tbspchicken masala
  9. 1 tsphaldi powder
  10. 2medium-size tomato
  11. 3medium-size onion
  12. 4green chillies
  13. 1satlk shallots
  14. leavesGreen coriander

Cooking Instructions

50 mint's
  1. 1

    Marinate chicken with yogart and all spices for 30 mint

  2. 2

    Roast/fry chicken

  3. 3

    Heat oil and onion cook antil brown

  4. 4

    Add ginger garlic paste

  5. 5

    Add tomato chopped/ purry

  6. 6

    Add all spices

  7. 7

    Add chopped capsicum

  8. 8

    Add some water

  9. 9

    Cook at least 10 mint's on medium flame

  10. 10

    Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves and Shallots

  11. 11

    And serve with zeera rice
