This potli is a totally healthy. Because this is made by very less oil and ingredients paneer is so healthy and moong dal is also very nutritious to everyone.
Steps

Soak moong dal for 2 hrs

Drain all water and grind into mixture and make a fine paste.

Put onion, green chilli and ginger into mixture jar and make paste.

Mix this paste into moong dal paste and whip for 5 minutes.

Add all spices and coriander leaves. And mix well.
Make some thick paste like Cheela mixture. - 6
Heat tawa and grease with oil then put 2 tbspn paste and spread and cook from both sides like Cheela.

Make all outer parts like this.

Stuffing method

Heat oil into a pan then crackle cumin seeds and Asafoetida.

Saute onions then add carrots and saute.

Now add tomatoes and make soft.

Now add all other veggies and saute them...

Now add all spices, mix and cook for 2 minutes.

At last add Paneer, coriander leaves and tomato ketchup mix well. And cook for 2-3 min.

Stuffing is ready.

Assembling Potli ===

Take an outer part and put 2 tbspn stuffing into center and collect the sides like potli.

Tie with Moongra / spring onions leaves/ coriander. Like potli.

Yummy and healthy potli is ready to eat.
