Ingredients

  1. 1 lbLean ground beef
  2. 1 lbGround Italian sausage
  3. 1/2 cupDiced onion
  4. 5 ozGrated Parmesan cheese
  5. 1Handful of chopped fresh Italian parsley
  6. 1Egg
  7. 1 cupMilk

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients together and shape into balls. Will make 16-18

  2. 2

    Place meatballs onto non-stick foil lined pan

  3. 3

    Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until done

  4. 4

    Remove from oven and place meatballs into simmering spaghetti sauce. Cook for at least one hour in sauce to insure that they're cooked through.
