Sabse pehle tomato ko wash kar chote tucde kat lo aur mixture mein crush kar lo.

Ab ek kadai mein oil dalo. Uske baad Rai, curry patta aur hing dalo aur saute Karo.

Ab usme chopped onion dal ke saute Karo.

Uske baad haldi,salt,red chilli powder, garam masala aur jaggery mix karo.

Ab pise hue tomato dalo aur 5se10 minute pakne do

Uske baad usme sev dalo aur roti ke sath serve karo.
