Ingredients

  1. 4 ozseltzer water
  2. 2 Tmint leaves
  3. 2 ozlight rum
  4. 2 ozfresh lime juice
  5. 2 ozsimple syrup (see recipe)
  6. 1ea mint sprig
  7. 1ea lime wedge
  8. 1.5 Cice cubes

    In a shaker, combine mint leaves and 1 C of ice and lightly muddle the mint leaves.

    Add rum, lime juice and simple syrup. Cover and shake thoroughly.

    Add seltzer water and stir gently to combine.

    Pour into a glass with the remaining ice and garnish with the lime wedge and mint sprig. Serve and enjoy!
