Ingredients

  1. 1Olive Oil (any oil will work)
  2. 2Boil in Bag Rice
  3. 1 canCream of Mushroom Soup
  4. 1/2 canwater
  5. 2Chicken Cutlets or Breasts

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350

  2. 2

    Spray or wipe pan with oil

  3. 3

    In a separate bowl mix the can of cream of Mushroom Soup and half can of water togeather

  4. 4

    Pour both packs of rice into pan

  5. 5

    Pour 3/4 of the mixed cream of mushroom soup and water into the rice and mix them togeather

  6. 6

    Place the chicken cutlets on top of the rice and pour remaining mixed cream of mushroom soup and water on top

  7. 7

    Place meal into oven for 20 minutes

  8. 8

    After the first 20 minutes stir rice, flip chicken, and place back into oven for another 20 minutes

  9. 9

    Take out meal and check to see if chicken is fully cooked. If not, continue to cook until it's fully cooked.

I don't have the boil in bag rice, I have a bag of rice prepackaged, how much do I use and how do I make this meal with it
