  • 3 cuplong grain rice
  • 28 ozmalta India beverage
  • 4 cupwater
  • 1 1/2 tspsalt

  1. 1

    pour malta beverage and water into pot with salt bring to boil

  2. 2

    add rice boil till liquid makes craters in rice cover turn off heat keep covered for 15 to 20 minutes
