Cut all 4 aalos in dice shape.

Put oil in kadhai. Add jeera, once it sputters add aalo, green chilies finely chopped, grated adrak, salt in it.

Once aalo r cooked add lal mirch and mix. Let it cooked for 2 more mins. Turn off the stove.

Aalo bhaji is ready for Shivratri. Add dhaniya patta for garnishing.
