Ingredients

  1. 400 gramsfiletes de ternera
  2. 1sal al gusto
  3. 2 tbspaceite de oliva
  4. 1granada mediana
  5. 2dientes de ajo
  6. 1rebanada de pan
  7. 100 mlde vino blanco seco
  8. 2ramas de perejil
  9. 1pizca de guindillas (pimientos)

Steps

  1. 1

    En un sarten calentar el aceite y freir el ajo y el pan. Retirar y poner en un recipiente con el vino y sazonar con sal.

  2. 2

    En el mismo sarten freir los bisteces sazonados con un poquitito de sal, retirar del sarten y reservar.

  3. 3

    En el mismo sarten freir los granos de la granada, reservando unos pocos para adornar.

  4. 4

    Anadir el pan remojado en el vino, el perejil cortado y las guindillas. Deja que hierva por un minuto para que se evapore el alcohol. Despues pasa esto por la licuadora y regresa al sarten, deja que espese la salsa.

  5. 5

    Por ultimo integra los bisteces a la salsa y sirve adornado con unos granos de granada.
