Wash sabudana and soak it for 5 to 6 hrs in little water.

Roast groundnuts and grind coarsely with green chillies.

Heat oil in a kadhai and put curry leaves,soaked sabudana and grinded groundnuts and mix it well. Add sendha namak cover it for 4 to 5 mins.

Garnish it with green coriander.
