1Tarragon
1Lemmon Juice
1Black Pepper
1Butter
1Olive Oil

Slit side of chicken breast, to make a pocket

Mix together garlic, tarragon,lemon juice butter & black pepper.

Insert into chicken breast pocket

Cover chicken in flour, then brush on the beaten egg, cover in breadcrumbs

Cook in halogen oven 175 for 20 minutes
