60 gramsUnsalted Butter
1 tbspLemon Curd

Mix the biscuits & butter in a food processor until smooth

Line a baking with the biscuit mix, & put in freezer for 30minutes

Mix mascarpone cheese & lemon curd in a bowl.

Remove biscuit mix from freezer, spread mixture evenly on top

Top with summer fruits, & put in fridge for at least hrs
