Ingredients

2 servings
  • 200 gramsPrawns
  • 1 tspRed Tai Curry Paste
  • 1 tspTamarind Paste
  • 200 gramsCocconut Milk
  • 1salt & Pepper
  • 1 cupBasmati Rice
  • 4 cupHot Water
  • 1Olive Oil
  • 2Jasmin Teabags

Steps

  1. 1

    Add olive oil to deep pan, semi cook, add tai curry paste & tamarind stir until prawns are covered

  2. 2

    Add coconut milk , & simmer for 15 minutes

  3. 3

    Add 1 cup of rice to 4 cups of boiling water. Add salt & peper

  4. 4

    Add 2 Jasmin teabags, simmer for 30 minutes or untill all water is absorbed
