Boil potatoes and eggs

Poke eggs and fry

Cut potatoes into cubes and set aside

Fry chopped onions and separate from oil

Blend onions and yogurt.

Put all masalas in oil with a little water (including ginger and garlic except garam masala). Bhun it in medium heat until oil separates a little.

Add potatoes and stir.

Add the yogurt-onion mixture. Add eggs too.

Add a little water and garam masala. Simmer for 5 minutes covered.
