Boil water, add soked rice.add colour.

Now Elayachi and Cloves in rice.

Cook rice 80%. Now drain water from rice

Take pan. Pour 1 Tb. Spoon. Ghee and roast all Nuts (Kishmish for few second)

Take pan add ghee, add sugar, add saffron water.

Add rice on it.and1/2 Cup water.

Add half rosted nuts.

We have to evaporate all the sugar syrup so we will dum our pulav. Now cover and cook on low flame for 10 min.

Add Elayachi powder and grated khowa (Mawa)

Garnish with nuts and coconut burada.
