1/4 cupSugar
1 eachEgg beaten
1/4 cupMilk
1/2 cupCoconut
1/4 stickButter - melted
1/2 tspVanilla
topping
1/2 cupLight brown sugar
1/4 cupFlour
1/2 stickButter softened
1/2 cupPecans

Add mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, beaten egg, milk, coconut, melted butter and vanilla and place in 2 quart casserole.

Mix topping ingredients together and sprinkle on top of casserole.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
