  1. 1 1/2 cupMashed sweet potatoes
  2. 1/4 cupSugar
  3. 1 eachEgg beaten
  4. 1/4 cupMilk
  5. 1/2 cupCoconut
  6. 1/4 stickButter - melted
  7. 1/2 tspVanilla
  8. topping
  9. 1/2 cupLight brown sugar
  10. 1/4 cupFlour
  11. 1/2 stickButter softened
  12. 1/2 cupPecans

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Add mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, beaten egg, milk, coconut, melted butter and vanilla and place in 2 quart casserole.

  2. 2

    Mix topping ingredients together and sprinkle on top of casserole.

  3. 3

    Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
