1 dashpepper
2 dashsoul food
2 clovegarlic pressed
1olive oil
1 boxbeef stock or bouion stock

carmalize beef in olive oil in fry pan and add seasoning add to crock pot add a cup of water to fry pan heat scraping all the good bits off bottom add to crock carmalize onions with olive oil add to crock with remaining ingredients

simmer on low to medium for 8 hours or medium high for 4-6 hours
