Ingredients

1medium oven roast
1 boxbeef broth
1 lbbaby carrots
1small onion, chopped
1 tbspbetter than bouillon
5 lbsliced potatoes
4 tbspItalian seasoning

Steps

Place carrots in bottom of crock pot

Add potatoes
3

Rub the better than bouillon on the roast until it's covered
4

Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of Italian seasoning onto roast

Place roast in crock pot and surround it with chopped onions
6

Pour beef broth into the crock pot and add remaining seasoning
7

Cook on low heat for 8 to 10 hours
