Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupurad ki daal
  2. 1/2 cupmoong ki daal
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. for seasoningBlack pepper
  5. 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  6. As requiredDahi

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak daal in water overnight

  2. 2

    Grind the daal

  3. 3

    Add salt and black pepper and ginger garlic paste mix it well

  4. 4

    Deep fry the vadas

  5. 5

    Make it in circular shape

  6. 6

    Beat the yogurt and put the vadas in dahi

  7. 7

    Garnish it with coriander and pomegranate

  8. 8

    Serve cold
