Spicy tomato rice

Make 2 &1/2 tomato pureed and 1/2 tomato slice for decoration.

In a kadai put oil Add chana Dal, urad Dal and roast on med flame. When slight add cashewnuts. And roast till cashew gets slight brown.

Than add Jeera, Rai, green chilli, hing and Curry leaves and stir for 2 mins.

Than add tomato puree into it. Mix it well. Than add 1 tsp bisi bele sice powder, salt and mix. Cook for 3-4 mins. You can add 1/2 cup water to increase the tomato gravy.

Than add the cooked rice and mix properly.

Cook for another 3-4 mins on low flame.

Serve hot with sliced tomatoes and red chilli pickle.
