Ingredients

1/2 tbsplemon juice
1chopped garlic
1chopped ginger
1 tbspfish sauce
1salt based on taste
2 tbspoil
1/2 tspparsley
1/2 tspbrown sugar based on taste
500gm lobster

without oil add all the ingredients with lobster for marinate
2

keep the lobster marinate for 30 mins

heat the pan with oil
4

put the marinated lobster in pan and make the heat low
5

fry it slowly until it become golden and reddish
6

now put it on a plate with some veggies
