Ingredients

  • 400 gramsTinned Plum Tomatoes (make sure you use plum tomatoes)
  • 1Onion (Diced)
  • 1 cloveGarlic
  • 1Pancetta (optional)
  • bunchBasil
  • 1Olive Oil
  • 1salt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Dice onion and garlic

  2. 2

    Heat Olive Oil in frying pan, add onion and garlic, cook until soft, and pancetta if usimg

  3. 3

    Add chopper tomatoes and season well with salt and pepper.

  4. 4

    Add basil, bring to the boil and simmer for ten minutes .

  5. 5

    Taste and season again if needed
