Preheat oven to 400. Pour 3 tablespoons of olive oil into the bottom of a baking pan. Place the pork loin in middle of the pan.

Dice the onions and pour them over the pork loin. Open the can of applesauce and pour half of it over the pork loin.

Sprinkle the cinnamon evenly over the applesauce. Open the can of cut corn and sprinkle the kernels evenly over the applesauce.

Chop the bell pepper and sprinkle over everything else. Chop the tomatoes and zucchini and sprinkle over everything else.

Pour the rest of the applesauce over the whole dish and sprinkle all the seasonings evenly over the pan. Sprinkle the rest of the olive oil over everything.

Open the vegetable soup and pour it in the pan. Next pour in the water. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and place in the oven for 85 minutes.
