Preheat oven to 350°F.

powder sage, thyme, rosemary and salt in a blender and then rub half of the mixture on the turkey. Place turkey in roasting pan. Place re maining mixture in a bowl and set aside as you will need the blender.

Place orange pieces, orange marmalade and and 1/2 of Orange Juce into blender and blend until smooth.

Bring blended orange comination, the remainder of the orange juce, butter and honey to a boil over med. high heat in sause pan. Reduce heat until thickened, about 15-20 mins sturring occaisionally.

Once thickened, stir in remaining spice mixture. brush the turkey with the glaze.

Bake the turkey for 5 hours 30 mins basting often.

Cover turkey with foil and continue baking until fully cooked (no pink at the bone and juces run clear) about 45 mins to 1 hour. Continue to baste with glaze.

Once fully cooked, remove turkey from the oven and allow to rest in a warm area for 10-15 mins before sliceing.
