  1. 1 (12 oz.)bag Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  2. 38-40Marshmallows
  3. 1 bagCoconut (toasted)
  4. 1Chopped Pecans (Optional)
  5. 1Multi-colored Sprinkles

Steps

  1. 1

    Microwave Chocolate chips in a glass bowl on high for 1 minute.

  2. 2

    Stir; microwave 1 minute. Stir; microwave 30 seconds or until smooth.

  3. 3

    Using a skewer or fondue fork, dip marshmallow into melted Chocolate until marshmallow is coated in chocolate.

  4. 4

    Roll chocolate coated marshmallow in Coconut, Chopped Pecans, or Sprinkles.

  5. 5

    Us a slotted spoon to place Marshmallow onto wax paper lined tray.

  6. 6

    Chill or keep in a cool dry place.

  7. 7

    TIP: Place marshmallows on a tray in the freezer for 10 to15 minutes. This will help them stay firm when dipped into the chocolate.
