Ingredients

  1. 1Chicken
  2. 1/3Chicken Stock
  3. 1 tspSalt and Pepper
  4. 2 tspCanola Oil
  5. 2 tbspSoy Sauce
  6. 4 tbspCornstarch
  7. 2 cloveGarlic and Onion Minced
  8. 2 gramsChicharo or Snow Pea
  9. 300 gramsBroccoli
  10. 1 1/2 cupWater

Cooking Instructions

    Marinate:
    Mix the Cornstarch and Soy Sauce in a bowl. Marinate the Chicken add a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside for 15mins.

    in a heated fry pan with oil put garlic,onions and half can of black beans stir-fry for 3 minutes with a medium heat

    Put the marinated chicken in a pan stir-fry for another 3mins.

    Put the chicken stock cover for 5 mins.

    Put the vegtables and cover for another 5 mins.
