I asked my mother-in-law for her tomato sauce recipe only to find out that she doesn't really have one. I watched her make the sauce and saw that she doesn't use meauring cups or spoons. So I made notes as best I could, but it never tastes quite the same. My husband likes the sauce, so I guess it gets a pass! You can also make meat sauce by adding 0.5 kg cooked lean ground beef.

There are so many tomato sauce recipes, but I just couldn't find the one for me, so I've been making this with trial and error.Add the honey (or oligosaccharide sweetener) while tasting.
