  • 1 bowlchopped dhania
  • 1tsp salt
  • 1tsp red chilli powder
  • 1tsp amchur powder
  • 1tsp hing
  • 1/2tsp garam masala
  • 1 bowlWheat flour dough

    Wash chopped dhania leaves.

    Drain the water.

    Keep it aside so the excess water gets drained.

    Put the dhania in the plate.

    Now add all the masalas.

    Mix it very well.

    Now take a dough.

    Make a ball.

    Make a small roti.

    Spread the oil on to it.

    Stuff it with dhania leaves.

    Fold it in square shape.

    Roll it with belan.

    Put it on hot tawa.

    Flip it.

    Spread oil on both the sides of parantha.

    When it gets brown and crispy.
