Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 8 PiecesMushroom
  2. 1 cupSpinach
  3. 1 tbspMozzarella Cheese
  4. 1 PinchOregano
  5. 1 Tea SpoonBlack Pepper Powder
  6. 1 PinchTandoori Seasoning
  7. 1 cupMilk
  8. 1 tbspVegetable Oil
  9. 1 tbspCurry Powder
  10. 1 tbspSalt
  11. 1 tbspCream Cheese
  12. 1 CupChopped Carrots

Steps

  1. 1

    Take milk in a pan and reduce it at medium to low flame, add cream cheese and black pepper powder and blend it.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan and add vegetables.

  3. 3

    Saute it for sometime and add a paste of spinach and mushroom roots along with thickened milk and cook it for sometime.

  4. 4

    Pour this paste inside mushroom's empty space.

  5. 5

    Take mozzarella cheese and mix all the herbs and form boll shapes and decorate mushroom as shown in the image.

  6. 6

    Either saute it in an appam try or bake it for 15 minutes at 180 degree centigrade in an oven.

  7. 7

    Prepare a gravy of leftover fillings and thickened milk and add baked mushroom and serve it with chapatis.
