Ingredients

  1. 300 gmspalak chopped
  2. 5 - 6Boiled potatoes cut in half half pieces
  3. 3Onions chopped
  4. 7 - 8Garlic chopped
  5. 3Tomatoes grinded
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1/4 tspnDegi mirch
  8. 1/4 tspnGaram masala
  9. 1/4 tspnKitchen king masala
  10. 1/4 tspnMeat masala
  11. Oil as required

Steps

    Sabse pehle palak ko achhe se boil karein cooker me 6 to 7 whistles lgakr

  2. 2

    Uske baad isko achhe se grind karein

  3. 3

    Ab ek pan le potatoes deep fry krne ke liye isme oil dale aur garam hone par deep fry karein golden broen hone par bahar nikal le

  4. 4

    Ab ek aur pan le usme thoda oil dale usme garlic dale aur saute karein fir isme onions add karein aur golden brown hone rk saute karein

  5. 5

    Iske baad isme tomato puree add karein aur sare masale add karein achhe se mix karein jab ye ghee chhod de tb isme palak ka paste add karein

  6. 6

    Achhe se mix karein aur potatoes bhi add karein ab sim gas par pakaye lid se cover kar ke jab tak palak apni sides par ghee na chhod de uske baad gas off krde

  7. 7

    Garam chapatis ke sath serve karein..
