Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 cupshredded, roasted (cooked) skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  2. 2 tbsplow-fat or fat-free sour cream
  3. 1/4 cupchopped fresh cilantro
  4. 1/4 cupbottled chipotle salsa
  5. 4(6-inch) 100% whole-wheat flour tortillas
  6. 1/2 cupchopped tomato
  7. 1/4 cup (1 oz.)shredded cheddar cheese
  8. 1/4 cupdiced peeled avocado

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium bowl, tossing well to combine.

    Spoon about 1/3 cup chicken mixture onto each tortilla.

    Microwave each taco at high 30 seconds or until warm. Makes 4 servings.

    Top each taco with tomato, cheese, avocado, and sour cream. Now you are ready to enjoy!
