Steps

Add all ingredients to a frying pan excluding the cheese, bread and tomato. Fry until brown.

Once browned cover the bread with the mix spreading evenly over one slice
- 3
Lightly fry the tomatoes and all the lea and perrings if required
- 4
Place tomatoes on the other slice of bread and cover both slices with cheese (I sprinkled paprika and more lea and perrings on mine)
- 5
Place both under the grill until cheese has slightly melted
- 6
Remove, stick together and enjoy
