Paneer stuffed spinach momos

Making dough:- Grind the spinach leaves & make a puree.

Add oil, salt,puree,water as needed to the maida & make a smooth dough.

Cover and let it rest for 20mins.

For stuffing :- Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds & let it splutter & add onion.

Saute for 1 min & add ginger garlic paste.

When the raw smell goes add chilli powder, turmeric powder & cook till masala is done.

Now mix potato, paneer, salt & off the gas.

Let it cool. Now add lemon juice, mint & coriander leaves, mix well.

Making momos :- Take a tennis ball sized dough. Roll it & make a round shape, stuff the paneer mixture & shape them.

Steam the momos for 10-15 mins & serve with homade roasted tomato sauce.

Roasted tomato sauce :- Roast 5-6 tomatoes. Peel the skin and cut into small pieces.

Grind it with 6-7 garlic cloves.

Heat pan and add the puree, add salt, little amount of sugar, 1 tbsp vinegar, hot red chilli powder & cook till thickens.

Switch off gas & sauce is ready.
