Ingredients

  • 1 kg mustard leaf
  • 1/2kg palak leaf
  • 250 gmChinopodium
  • 6Chopped green chilli
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tspdesighee
  • 4 tspMakki ka atta
  • 1 tspgrated gur
  • For Tarka
  • 2 tsp chopped garlic
  • 2 tspchopped ginger
  • 4chopped onion
  • 1 cuptomato puree
  • 1laddle desighee

Steps

  1. 1

    Sarso,palak and chinopodium ko saaf ke chop ke le wash ke le.

  2. 2

    Cooker main 1glass + half glass water dal ke gas par rakhe jab water boil ho jaye saag dale salt and green chilli add ke cooker ka lid laga kar 1 whistle a jaye toh gas slow ke 1 hour tak boil ke le.

    Pan main 2tsp desighee garam kar makki ka atta bhun le cooker ka lid nikal ke atta dal ke saag ko wooden mathani se ghoth le gur dal de
