  • 3medium Cucumbers
  • 3 pinchKosher Salt
  • 16 cloveGarlic (fine mince)
  • 4 tbspOlive Oil
  • 6 tspRed Wine Vinegar
  • 24Mint Leaves (fine mince)

Steps

    Drain yogurt in a tea towel in the fridge for 2 hours.

  2. 2

    Food process cucumbers, squeeze out liquid in a tea towel.

  3. 3

    Combine yogurt, cucumber, salt, garlic, oil, vinegar and mint.
