Ingredients

  1. 200 mlPlain or Greek yoghurt
  2. 1/4 cupEnglish cucumber
  3. 1 tbspmint sauce
  4. 1 tspdried mint
  5. 2 tspfresh mint leaves (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Deseed the cucumber and chop. Chop the mint leaves if using, and add all the ingredients to a jug. Blend with a hand whisk

    Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Use as a dip or sauce with your favourite spicey food

I'm a designer/artist and I learned to cook when I started making my own Chinese food over 30 years ago.
