I love doing Themed dinner parties and I live in Thailand so we do love our Spicey food. Making this simple quick Harissa can be made into a dip or as a spicy addative to any meats, chicken or Fish - ENJOY :P

I love doing Themed dinner parties and I live in Thailand so we do love our Spicey food. Making this simple quick Harissa can be made into a dip or as a spicy addative to any meats, chicken or Fish - ENJOY :P

For Harissa add all items into a small blender or jug and blend with hand blender (I use a bamix) - you can put into a jar and keep in fridge and use for 2-3 months.

To make into dip put everything into a medium bowl and stir all together. Serve with a mix of raw veg, cut pear cut apple, chips, Pita (see my other recipe) anything :) ENJOY :P
