Season pork chops with rosemary and garlic. Heat oil and place pork chops on skillet on low heat until no longer pink (3-5 mins per side)

In small saucepan, reduce balsamic vinegar, sugar, and the finely diced pear, stirring frequently.

After the sauce has thickened, put the other pear into saucepan and let sit for 1 minute. Ladle reduction over pork chops and serve hot with rice and salad.
