Heat pan add 2 TBS OIL,When OIL heated add HING, CUMIN SEEDS, CURRY PATTA.

Now add CHOPPED ONION and ginger garlic PASTE.

Saute it for 3 to 4 Minute on slow flame.

Add CHOPPED SPINACH and GREEN CHILLI. Mix it well.

Add 1 CUP WATER and close the lid and cook it for about 7 to 8 min.

In a large bowl add curd, besan.mix it well.add WATER and make thin PASTE.

Add salt, RED CHILLI POWDER and TURMERIC POWDER. Mix it well.

After 8 minute transfer besan mixture into PALAK mixture.

Stir continuesly.

When mixture start boiling reduce the flame and add WATER.

Mix it well.

Close the lid and cook it for about 10 to 15 min. On low flame.

FOR TADKA heat 1 TBS OIL add HING, CUMIN, dry RED CHILLI and CURRY PATTA.

Switch off the flame and add1/2 TS RED CHILLI POWDER along with 1 TBS WATER.tadka is ready.

After 15 minutes stir kadhi.now add amchur POWDER and kasoori Methi.

Pour TADKA over it and close the lid.

Cook another 1 minute.

Kadhi is ready to serve.
