Mix all three flour Add salt,ajwain and salt

Wash the methi leaves and chop them Add in flour Make a dough with the help of water..

Keep aside this dough for hour

Now make small balls..Roll it..

Hot the oil. Fry all the mathries in oil on medium flame until golden brown...

We can store these mathri for a month.
