5 1/2 cupchicken broth
1/2 cupheavy cream
2 cupchopped kale
1 lbspicey Italian sausage
1crushed red pepper to taste
4 mediumrusset potatoes

Combine stock and cream in pot over medium heat

Slice the unpeeled potatoes into 1/4" slices

Add kale

Brown the sausage and chop into bite sized pieces and rinse.

Add sausage to soup

Add salt and red pepper
7

Simmer for about 1.5 hours or until potatoes are done
